HARDY,Oliver (1892-1957) The greatest comedy duo in the history of cinema. The thin English-born Laurel began acting with a British touring company before traveling to America in 1910. He started his film career in the silents from 1917. His future partner, the fat Hardy joined a troupe of minstrels before casually contrasting personalities, general clumsiness made them the most loved comedians of their time, a popularity that remains today. A fantastic pair of signatures together on a single album page. Very scarce as such. This is one of the finest pair of signatures of Laurel and Hardy we have seen in over 40 years.
