Scarce Vintage John Garfield Signature
GARFIELD, John (1913-1952) Jewish American actor who in his short life appeared in over 35 films. In 1937, he became one of Warner Bros stars. He testified before the U.S. House Committee on Un-American Activities. He denied communist affiliation and refused to name names. Basically, this ended his film career. He died at the age of 39 from a heart attack. Fabulous signature “John Garfield” where he added the words “To Victory.” A scarce WWII signature. V/F condition .............$250.00
