DOBIE. J. Frank (1888-1964). American educator, folklorist and writer of books on the American South West. Typed letter signed, one page on his name imprinted stationery. Austin, Texas, Aug.3,1960. To Mr. Samuel Ward (bookseller) ordering four government publications pertaining to the range industry. He writes in part: “I guess I’ll keep coming upon United States Government publications pertaining to the range industry until doomsday....” He continues listing the four publications including where they are listed.
