Page from a note book measuring 4”X6”, Wilt Chamberlain has signed this page as a rookie. Above his signature Frank Ramsey and Tom Heinsohn have signed their names. Both were members of the Boston Celtics 1958/59 season where they were the Champions. On the verso, Bob Cousy, K.C. Jones and Bill Sharman of the Boston Celtics have also signed their names. On the same page, several players of the 1958/59 Syracuse Nationals have also signed. Included are rare signatures of Al Bianchi and Larry Costello.
