Very Scarce Franking Signature by First Lady Bess Truman   TRUMAN, Bess W. (1885-1982). First Lady. Harry called her "The Boss." Very scarce hand addressed envelope which has also been free franked by Bess W. Truman. Mrs. Truman used envelopes that bore her printed signature.
