Albert DeSalvo
"The Boston Strangler"
Rare Full Signed Document

Albert DeSalvo (1931-1973). Infamous serial killer known as "The Boston Strangler," confessed to being the "Boston Strangler", the murderer of 13 women in the Boston area. DeSalvo was never charged with the "Strangler's" crimes, put on trial for them, or convicted of them. As such, he stood trial for earlier, unrelated crimes of robbery and sexual offenses and sentence to life in prison. In 1973 he was found stabbed to death in a prison infirmary bed.

Document Signed, being a MASSACHUSETTS CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION form, d. July 12, 1971, one page, octavo, Walpole, Ma. A receipt for the National Wholesale Company, New Bedford, shipping a gold ring possibly for consignment. Boldly signed: "Albert DeSalvo".

One file hole on the lower left blank margin, otherwise fine. A very scarce and unusual desirable full signature from a most feared criminal. $500.00
